Adhaar – Key in the 12 digit Aadhaar of the candidate and finish the authentication process.
Name of Owner – Give the name of accredited signatory or owner as stated on the Aadhaar Card. If there is a mismatch in the name or the Aadhaar number, the candidate will not be able to finish the form.
