    1. Sign up – Sign up on the Udyog Aadhaar website.
    2. Adhaar – Key in the 12 digit Aadhaar of the candidate and finish the authentication process.
    3. Name of Owner – Give the name of accredited signatory or owner as stated on the Aadhaar Card. If there is a mismatch in the name or the Aadhaar number, the candidate will not be able to finish the form.
    4. Social Category – Give the applicant’s class: General/Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/ Other Backward Castes. The evidence of belonging to SC, ST or OBC may be probed by the suitable authority, if and when necessary.
    5. Name of the Enterprise – Provide the term by which the enterprise is identified by the clienteles/public and is an authorized unit to carry out business.
    6. Individual applicants can gain more than one Udyog Aadhaar with the same Aadhaar Number, in the instance of manifold businesses.
    7. Type of Business – Select the category of the legitimate unit for the business.
    8. PAN – Provide the PAN Number of the proprietor in the instance of proprietorship. In the instance of company or LLP, provide the PAN of the unit for which Udyog Aadhaar is wanted.
